BOWP Approval - What happens next?

Hi there,

My BOWP was just approved …. but there is no letter or message in myCIC account.

The file is closed, the status was updated and I received a ghost email saying my application has updated.
It says "this application has been approved " in the final decision section on myCIC…. but still no confirmation letter.

I have always had a letter in the messages section for every Work or Study Permit once it's been approved. The letter has always been there simultaneously with approval.

To any BOWP holders- did this happen to you? if not, did you have a letter in your messages on myCIC?

First of all, congrats for BOWP approval, you might get email notify in next 24 hours.

IRCC would mail you the official BOWP paper to your address probably takes about 10-15 working days.

IRCC would mail you the official BOWP paper to your address probably takes about 10-15 working days.

It usually takes 10-15 days. I got my approval on June 23rd and according to the call centre, my WP was mailed to me on June 23rd and I still have not received it :-(
