Prior to apply to BOWP we have to fill the questionary. One of the questions for the man applicant - if you are a spouse of a person who has a work permit Noc 0,A,B.
If we reply "no" the system starts asking questions regarding application for pr. Which is what we were looking for. But the thing is that my husband is a main aplicant for Pr, but currently he us holding a work permit as my spouse, because I had a job noc b so he could receive his open work permit a year ago. So the proper answer to that question is "yes", he is a spouse of someone who has a proper job offer. The thing is the situation changed and now he is a main aplicajt for pr. But if we say yes - system does nor ask us questions regarding pr application he made. It assumes he continue applying as a spouse.... and we receive a wrong checklist in the end. So should we say "no" answering that question? Thanks in advance for your answers.

You have to re apply for TRV online and then they will ask for your passport once your TRV application is approved.
