Hi Guys, I'm now a student holding a study permit but applied for PR through PNP with my spouse as main applicant. Can I apply for BOWP while waiting for the PR application?

I guess this was the route which was open earlier and since couple of months it has been blocked. You can read about this on cic website. Brother , can spouse apply to pnp while student is under study permit ? I'm confusing about new rules. My wife has a skilled job. But i'm still a student. she want to apply pnp
