both checklists?

We have are application ready to be sent tomorrow morning from Greece! Do I need to include the region specific checklist along as well or just the imm 5491?

Send them both.
There may be some repetition. If there is a discrpency between them, go with the region specific checklist.

I think that the only extra requirement on it is the photos needed for the prv.

I'd include them both. It's better to have more of their forms and checklists than less. Trust me. I know from experience.
