I know the information/situation in general is ever changing but I've scoured the internet for clarification so I thought I'd see if anyone here had better insight.

I am a Canadian citizen, living in Texas and I have permanent residency here. With the current border restrictions I am aware that my spouse can not cross the border into Canada, but due to an imminent death in our family back home I am trying to see if it is possible for my son and I go to home for 2-3 weeks, (remaining quarantined at a singular address for the entire duration) and then return to the US. I am Canadian citizen with American PR, my son is a dual citizen with evidence for citizenship in both countries.

Thank you for your help!

Yes - you and your son should be able to enter Canada.
