Birth certificate vs transcript D.OB discrepancy

Hello all,
I was wondering if I could get anyone's thoughts on an issue.
My birth certificate and passport (and other documents I.e drivers licence, bank bvn) has a different date of birth from that of my transcript.
I just noticed that WES put in the date of birth from my school.
Would this be a problem?
If yes, how can I remedy it?

How did the school get a different date of birth?

While this likely won't be an issue, it could be if IRCC doesn't believe the WES report is for you. Prepare a letter of explanation that details how your transcripts got a different date of birth.
