Birth Certificate - Provincial nominees

Hi,

I recently nominated from SINP under OID category and I need to send the complete application to the Centralized Intake Office. One of the document required is the birth certificate.
I don't have a birth certificate. Can I send the secondary school leaving certificate instead of birth certificate? What is the other option if I don't have birth certificate?Those who experienced similar situation kindly tell me how to handle this?

Hi - I was recently in a very similar situation for my spouse' application and alongwith the above documents you mentioned, I also sent across a Non Availability of Birth Certificate from the local Municipal corporation of my city.

Did they accept your spouse application without birth certificate? What documents you submitted instead?

Well, our application is still under review as we submitted recently. So we will know soon. We also shared a letter of explanation summarizing why we are submitting alternate documents.
