My spouse’s birth in India, and we’re unable to obtain a birth certificate or NABC as records are unavailable. We do have other documents showing DOB, such as matriculation certificate and voter ID.
Since IRCC usually requires a birth certificate, what’s the best way to handle this situation? Would a LOE with supporting documents work? Please advise
