birth certificate for baby in Korea

I wonder if I need to send my daughter's birth certificate from hospital with my application.
or chul saeng chung myoung seo (출생 증명서) from dong samuso would be enough .

she is canadian(born in korea) and her citizenship certificate is processing.

Are you sure the dong office will have 출생 증명? My experience was they can just give you a ki beon chung myoung seo (basic certificate).
