Biometrics taking long! Help please!

I did my biometrics on 23-12-2021 and till now it shows action is required but if i click on profile it will show the biometrics expiry date; i called IRCC and the lady in customer service said there is nothing that we can do and you will need to wait; as she mentioned that the processing team is not actually us...

Anybody has been in this situation before? I wonder how long will it take for this to clear out?
