I completed my biometrics on August 28, 2025 but my GCKey still shows my old biometrics from a previous study permit. It also still says ‘your action is required.’ My partner’s new biometrics have already updated, but mine haven’t yet. I did receive the confirmation slip at Service Canada and the tracker just shows ‘biometrics in progress.’
Has anyone experienced a delay like this? Should I just wait for it to update, or should I go back to Service Canada?
