Biometrics request delayed.

Hi Guys,

I applied for my Mother-in-law online(She is in India) last week Wednesday and its been like 3-4 days now and we havent received the Biometrics request message yet. I was checking it online and everyone seems to get it within 24 hours but ours is delayed due to some reasons.

I have also paid the total fees of 185CAD.

Does anyone know what could be the issue? Can you please share your experience?

My friend applied 10 days ago, no biometrics request letter recieved yet. Contacted them via webform, no reply.

There's some delay these days.
