Biometrics problem

Hi Guys,
I submitted my online application for a visitor visa on May 31, got the biometrics letter and completed the fingerprint at ASC, Detroit Michigan on June 1st. However, my application status still says my action is required and biometrics needed!!! Any advice please?!

There is a delay in CIC's online system. Worry not.

But it's been two weeks by now!! I sent a case specific inquiry two days ago and still nothing happened.
