Anyone having issues submitting Biometrics in Pakistan (Karachi)
My In laws went to the VFS office the same week when the letter was issued as we were unable to book an appointment online and no phone or chat worked.
When they got there, they told them that no appointments can be given and to come back 1 week before the letter expiring.
They went today (Sep 11) since their letters expire Sep 15, and they were told that the policy has changed and now they need to book an appointment online which again seems to have issues.
Anyone else faced same issues?
