We have applied for Supervisa few weeks ago for my parents. My mother and father's biometrics were completed already.
My mother's biometrics section says- Biometrics Completed on Jan 14th 2026. We can also see updated biometrics dates with an expiry date of 2036.
But, my father's biometrics section still says- "We need your fingerprint". However, we can see the updated biometrics dates with an expiry date of 2036.
Do I need to raise webform asking them for an update? Or is there a way to directly call IRCC and confirm?
