Biometrics not updated in Portal

My mother gave her Biometrics on the 8th of Feb in India, the details of the Biometric application has been updated under the "Applicant information" but under the "Details of the application", the comment is still, "We need your fingerprints to process your application".
Is this common? Has anyone faced a similar issue. Please help!

Hi! I am in the same situation. Did you apply with your father as well? Did you mother finally get the visa? Any insight will be appreciated.

it is very common these days, you dont need to worry about this, if you are found eligible, u will get visa.
