Hello, I submitted PR application by mail from Canada for my wife who is in the Ukraine, I am her sponsor. we got confirmation that application was received and she opened online account and got request for medicals which she has completed and passed. it says online that they are waiting for fingerprints and still have not received them. we have not received a biometrics letter in the online account or at her mail in the Ukraine, is it possible that the letter was sent to my address the sponsor in Canada?
