I lodged my file on 17 april.but I did not get the bil.my agent said when clg snd fee receipt then u get bil.is it true?

Did you lodge your application without fees receipt
Are you applying through sds or regular
In sds u cant apply without one year fees receipt

And bil usually we get within 24 hours after summiting application in the embassy
