I seriously think they forget about AOR APRIL or MATCH. It's only less than 20 or 30 people in Edmonton while Edmonton has more than 4 office location. How hard for them to make the arrangement? For those of you who get appointment could you kindly please ask them why it takes so long to call people?

So service canada in lethbridge is actually open?! That’s good news. I guess we just have to wait for them to call us

The spreadsheet shows 14 out of the 31 people based in Alberta that inputed their data have completed their biometrics. I think in the next month we should all have received a call.

I received a call from Service Canada to book an appointment relating to another request I made not related to my PR application within two business days.

I think they are have enough capacity to accomodate bookings for Biometrics, but just waiting to receive the list from Ottawa.

It was the Service Canada downtown. When they called they told me I didn't need to book an in person appointment, because they could fix the issue on their end over the phone.

Just an FYI, the Service Canada in Downtown Calgary does not provide biometrics for PR. There are two places that do, one in NW and one in SE.
