Biometrics for US born baby & address for sponsorship application

Hey guys,

We recently moved from the US to Canada with our 3 months baby, and we are sponsoring the baby (born in US) for permanent residence. Me and my wife are already permanent residents. We are sponsoring from Canada.

Do I need to pay the biometrics fee for the baby? I assume the answer is no but just wanted to confirm.

Should we send the application package to Sydney or Mississauga?

same situation here. No bio-metrics fee. I sent application to Sydney.

Did you pay bio metrics fees for US Born while sponsoring from Canada and Which office you had sent application to Sydney or Mississauga?

How much generally they take to issue PR for US born baby.
