Hi,

I hope you guys can help me in this. I am currently on my work permit and will be applying for EE after completing one year in September. Now my husband is in Pakistan so I have a few questions:

1. Will our application an inland application or an outland application? cuz he is back home and I am in canada?

2. We both have to give biometrics after we submit the EE profile. Now he can easily give but I am in canada, how will I give my biometrics?

3. Can i travel back home for 2-3 months or one month may be during my application process? I have a valid TRV and a work permit.

Please let me know in details. I am going to file my EE so little worried about these things.

Looking forward towards a reply.

Thanks in Advance

1. Whether your application is considered inland or outland should make no practical senses to you, so I suggest you don't worry yourself with that.
2. Applicants residing in Canada are exempted from taking bio metrics at this moment, so you don't need to do anything about that.
3. Yes you are free to travel back. In fact, you don't even need to stay in Canada to wait for your PR application if you don't feel like to. you don't have to be employed at the time of application under CEC stream.
