Help! I'm in China. On Jan.23 I received the medical pass and biometric instruction letter. VSF around China keeps postponing reopen date because coronavirus becomes pandemic. Now they said they would only reevaluate if they will reopen or not next week. It's highly possible that I'll miss my biometrics deadline, and it's not good timing to travel to other countries to get it done.
How can I get in touch with IRCC to ask for more time? And what comes next? A new instruction letter? I have no much faith in their efficiency and accuracy because of past matters, so I would really appreciate it if anyone knows how to postpone the deadline successfully can share it with me.
