Biometrics date extension

Due to pandemic, no dates are available for biometrics in India. I’ve booked my appointment for 24th of Aug however BIL says you’ve to do it on or before 22nd of Aug.
What to do??
I doubt if they will reply to me webform or not.
and if they extend my deadline, then will I get new BIL with extended deadline of biometrics.
