Biometrics Confusion!!!!!! please help

Does anybody know, if my biometrics letter has passed the 90 days timeframe, can I go to another country to give bio with that expired biometrics instruction letter? If vfs in India is closed.

Or do I have to raise a webform before ?
I am aware that if the bil is expired, I can give the bio later in India when vacs will open but will that expired bio letter can work in different country as well?
Please suggest

Yes it would work I have already confirmed that with the vfs office in dubai.

Hey can i ask you a question..
If i decide to give my biometrics in Dubai .. will my aplication be moved to Dubai or will it continue to process in India ?
