Biometrics appointment in the US

Hello,
I am trying to apply for study permit from the US. Do anyone know how to schedule an appointment with USCIS application support center for a biometric collection?

Wait till 22 June for ASC (USCIS) to open.
Instructions should be on Biometrics letter on how to take appointment.
