I can’t believe that the High Commission retracted their own statement.
Good news. PR applicants can now book an appointment for biometrics through webform!!
Finally! Any idea what the average time is for them to send an appointment email?
One of the applicants in Chennai got an appointment for tomorrow. They got a response within 15 minutes. Maybe it depends on location. We filled the webform today. Now waiting for appointment email.
From what I’ve read on Twitter you have to contact VFS via email about this. They’ll be able to link the second applicant
Send an email to info.canada@vfshelpline.com with details of the secondary applicant and application number. We did the same for secondary applicant.
I emailed them yesterday about secondary applicant concern but haven’t heard back from them as yet. I tried calling on helpline numbers but they are not reachable.

Did you get any reply? Did you go ahead booking appointment for the primary applicant?
I booked for Chennai VAC office too yesterday but haven't received the appointment details yet. I only received the automated acknowledgement. Anybody from chennai?
We didn't hear back from them yet. Our center is Mumbai. What about you? Which center?
