My wife Biometric was captured on 3rd of October and today is 9th October and the deadline from Ircc is 16th October. The biometric is not updated ( not showing up) on Ircc website. What can I do?

That is not surprising, it takes time for the portal to be updated. You can follow up with VFS to ensure it has been submitted but apart from that you just have to wait.
