For biometrics fee. my wife in Canada already paid for me in Canada and already submited IRCC Webform with "Applicant Information" is my name and Enquirer Information is her name. But IRCC replied that can not find my wife as a representative .
And below is what she submited :

I am submitting my payment for the biometrics fees.
But it is very hard to put all information to representative and have 2 signatures of me and my wife because she is in Canada and I am in Vietnam .
So, Can i resubmit the receipt of biometrics fee again. with "Applicant" is me, Enquirer Information : is me also and Relationship to applicant : Applicant.
