Biometric Request, SAME DAY

Hi guys,

i applied today for a visitor visa for my wife and step son to visit and Canada watch a fifa world cup game i am Libyan national is it normal to get the bio request same day as applying for an application

Yes. Do they have tickets because leaving it really late because starts next week? Seems strange to apply so late.

we just got tickets for July 2nd and visiting a family member the reason getting the documents was an issue . just thought Bio take awhile to be requested or close to being a done application

Most likely will not get approval and passport stamped in time. Fingers crossed that it happens.

Agree that this timeline is incredibly short especially coming from a country like Libya where there is increased concerns about applicants return to their home country. I hope travel costs are at least refundable.
