It depends u might get it before the holidays or maybe after the holidays according to what Is left in ur application no one can say exact time ...

The 100% seems to mean almost nothing at all - just how much time passed since you submitted. One year or more means 100%.

So hopefully you do get a response soon but don't rely on that number, it could still take time.
