Biometric Payment Receipt Request after do biometric 1 years ago

I already do biometric on 2020 for 2 person $170, but ask to upload biometric payment receipt $85. I contact IRCC, they reply to not to do anything until it change by system. But I faced with time limit to submit proof of study permit befor March 2015. It makes me stuck. Does anyone in the same boat with me? Please give me advice
