Hello,

I had to submit my biometrics, which I did on Jan 14th. The biometric number appeared in my account under applicant information, however, the status still shows "your action is required" and next to biometric it says "we need your fingerprints..."

I called IRCC and the agent told me that they didn't receive it yet =( don't know what to do.
Why does it take so long? Should't it appear as completed immediately? Is there someone on the forum who experienced the same situation?
