I had submitted Spouse PR application for my wife who is an Indian citizen and is in India. This is an outland application. I am a Canadian.
We were waiting for AOR and did not receive it yet (since application submission in August 2023) but we received this email from the Sydney VO today asking to pay biometric fees. I double checked and I had initially paid 1080 CAD and so paid another 85 CAD and we uploaded the receipt through webform as asked.
I wanted to check few things:

I wanted to check few things:
- Approximately how much time later can we expect to get the biometric request?
- Although this email is not the AOR email but can we consider we are past the point of AOR since this email has application number starting with an 'F' and also UCI number. This UCI number is different from my UCI number (sponsors UCI).
- Big question: Is it now advisable to submit TRV application for my wife?
