Biometric Appointment - Invalid file format error

Hi, I am trying to book an appointment for Biometrics for my parents' visitor visa on VFS India site.
The webpage asks me to upload the 1st page of the Biometrics letter (in pdf format). When I upload the 1st page in PDF Format, it errors out saying "Invalid file format"
Anybody booked Biometrics appointment in recent days, that might have pointers for me? Thank you

I'm having the same error right now with trying to upload the file to book an appointment for my cousin. How did you resolve it?

You need to download the biometric letter from the ircc page. Imm whatever its is called and upload it directly. Dont make any edit to it or change the name.
