In the end of Jan 2021, my employer applied ICT-WP from India for me. On feb 5th 2021, the attorney who was assigned by my employer asked me the medical certificates documents of my spouse and daughter to complete the application process. I have given the same to them.
Since then, there is no updates from them. I reached one HR who is in Canada currently and asked for an update. He just told me that it is been filed in IRCC and in progress.
My doubt is when will I get BIL? It is been 1.5 months and not sure what will be the timelines for my case? Is the delay expected in current scenario or any other factor? Any suggestions or advice for me?
