Better, lineant and quicker Educational Credential attestation service center

Hello Everyone, Can someone kindly suggest/guide me the best service in terms of lesser time and lesser requirements amongst all the following educational Credential attestation service centres. I have have done two years bachelor program, two years Masters in business administration form Pakistan and then 16 months Post graduate diploma program from McGill University Canada. How many points should I expect to get with these academic credentials. I have heard that criteria of one of the service center is lineant than the others and it also takes lesser time to evaluate the academic credentials.
