Best way to send Passports PCC to New delhi visa office

Dear friends i m going to submit all the documents except one with an affidavit to support the reason to the visa office

Which courier service is best

How do we know that documents are reached there..as it is a post box where it is to be submitted and no receiving is being provided by courier services

Can we personally go and send them to Post box

pls advise

I sent it via DTDC......they charge u Rs.250 for express and it will delivered the same day if u in Chandiigarh

U can even track it on their site......others like bluedart and Fedex are available......but I trust local ones for India

How do we know they have receive it...i had a bad experiece...it send it through DTDC....tracking was done....it was delivered....later VO said they have not received those documents????

Strange never encountered such a prob wid DTDC......go for a reputed one then like dhl or fedex

go with DHL courier...this one good and you can track the details of every moment online, including who received your courier and who signed ...etc etc.....all the best. then you can come up with confirmation
