We have a outland PR in progress and would like her to stay in canada while waiting for PR.
What is the process for applying for visitor TRV in order to get the maximum length of stay with multiple entry until passport expires? I understand some people are able to qualify for this.
What is the best length to "ask for" on the application and how do I justify it? especially when it asks for Proof of travel to show that it is only a "temporary stay".
