Could you please paste the reference where the minimum CLB for British Columbia PNP is mentioned?
I thought they require CLB 7.

There is no minimum it's based on points.
If you apply for EEBCPNP so yes you need CLB 7 but if you apply for paper based nomination CLB 6 is enough.

for BC PNP, one of the conditions is getting a job offer from the In-Demand list, so assume if I got one, how long would it take to complete the process and allow me to travel to Canada?
This clarification I need when I talk to employers.
Assume we are in normal circumstances, and not in COVID-19.

Congratulations, that is really interesting, I am starting the process this week, targeting both British Colombia, and Saskatchewan.
