i am currtently working in Windsor at a company for 6 months. I started in December 28 till present. My post graduate work permit will be expired in Octber 27 and my emoloyer doesnt want to apply LMO even though i have been persuade him for 1,5 months.
now my cousin would like to hire. she own a pawn shop. so I am wondering what is the best job title to advertise to get LMO for me?
and also Should she does LMO before hire me and not desmontrate my name on it? so in case i dont get the positive LMO, i can still keep working and submit the application to extend work permit 1 week before work permit expired, during the time application processing i can still working and hit to 12 months. By that time i can apply for PR.
I am not sure how many percent to get positive LMO in Windsor, ON.??? But should she does LMO first and should she desmontrate my name on it? desmontrating empoyee's name on LMO application will effects to the result??
