i planed to settle in BC with my wife and 2 kids of 6,7 age from coming October. please anyone help me in followings
1. what is the best city of BC to settle with a family/
2. what is the city with lowest living cost in BC?

Gas prices in Metro Vancouver (Vancouver, Surrey, Coquitlam, Burnaby, Richmond, Port Moody, Poco, etc.) is more expensive than the rest of the province. Even Victoria is cheaper.

BC is pretty expensive to live. you know BC stand for? Bring Cash. Alberta is cheaper.

if BC is still where you wanna settle, try Kelowna. Such a heaven of a place. Very mild winters, warm summers, a right mix of country and urban world.

Kelowna......... my father-in-law lives there. My husband loves the city.

It's also a big drug city.

And the 2012 Crime Capitol of Canada!

I would still move there, but I would live on the outskirts of the city.

Definitely kelowna or down the okanagan valley.
