Being away (within Canada) after applying for citizenship

I plan to apply for citizenship online next month and plan to be away from home for about 1 month (still inside of Canada), and my question is:
Is every request/question from ircc sent online or they can request things through mail as well?

If you specify email in application, Test invite/Fingerprint request/Oath comes in email. All other status are updated in online tracker. If you go for e-certificate that will also be available online.
