Bad idea to get PCCs now. CIC must receive the PCCs within three months of the date they are issued. So if you get them now, there's a good chance they will have expired before you are able to submit them to CIC.

medical (x ray) is not possible while pregnant.
so I am planing to do medical as earliest.

You can very well arrange all the documents including Medical and PCC before getting an ITA. However, you should be pretty much sure of getting an ITA in next 1 or 2 months.
CIC considers only the PCC which is issued not before 3 months of getting an ITA.
