Do we have any issues if I file a PC PNP Program if I am working at a client location located in BC and we do not have a registered office locally in BC. We do have remote offices where our company people work but these are not registered rather company pays for leasing facilities.
My company is federally incorporated and have been in business for last 10 years have our local Canada office is a subsidiary office with more than 30 locations across North America.
As for as Canada goes, we are headquartered in Toronto and have a local office, but people working in BC all work at client locations.
Any particular issues do you see if I file for BC PNP program. I am qualified for both BC PNP and under Tech Pilot program and get selected for sure as my score is about 120+
