BCPNP - August Application

Hello all,
I have applied for a BC PNP on 26th Aug 2014 and got the file number 9th September 2014. The mail says the processing time is 5-6 months. Till now I didn't get the approval for my BC PNP application. So is there is any way to know the status of my BC PNP application. Whether it will get further extended (more than 6 months). After getting the approval, how much will take to get for the visa process
