I'm little puzzled with my BC Tech Pilot application.
I work as software developer NOC: 2173
Express Entry profile score: 400
I graduated from BC university and currently on post graduation work permit.
I have one year experience in same NOC.
My new employer recently opened office in Vancouver, BC with only 2 employees. Company's head quarters is in Calgary, Alberta with more than 15 employees.
In BC PNP website it says employer should have at least 5 employees.
I was wondering if there is any way I can apply to PNP without 5 employees??
