Does it make a difference if I apply from Vancouver, Victoria or perhaps some small town? For example, if I applied as a food counter attendant at Starbucks in Vancouver, would a manager of Starbucks there even bother going through all the papers for my PNP when he can easily replace me in np time? Pnp is an employer driven stream. I am currentlg in Vancouver. Just don't personally see why someone would bother with a pnp application as an employer.
