BC Provincial Nominee Program: Do I only need a job offer or also work experience?

I'm an International Student, doing my Bachelor's Degree in British Columbia. There's the BC Provincial Nominee Program for International Graduates and it says you need a job offer from a BC employer. Do I only need a job offer or also one year work experience before I can apply do the BC Provincial Nomines Program?

If you are applying under Express Entry in BC PNP, you will need 1 year work experience as well.
