There is no standard rimeline,It is all based on points ranking.For example I know a Peruvian woman who registered under the International graduate category on Feb 23,2017 at 5am and because She had a score of 107 points,She was selected with an ITA on the draw about 4 hours later.Last year there was a Skilled worker who registered with 81 points in March 2016,He was not selected until the October draw.Points determine your timeline
