BCPNP isn't based on CRS; it has its own eligibility criteria.

Do you have a job offer in BC ?
Did you complete a Master's or PhD at a university in BC within the past 2 years ?

If the answer to either of those questions is yes, then you are eligible for BCPNP.
If the answer to both questions is no, then you are not eligible for BCPNP.
